Because our products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both you and us.

What Qualifies for a Refund

We offer refunds in the following cases:

If you experience problems accessing or downloading your product, and we can’t resolve the issue within 3 business days.

✅ Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, we’ll refund the extra charge after verification.

✅ Unintentional Orders
If you purchased the wrong product and haven't accessed or downloaded the file yet, you may be eligible for a refund.

What Does Not Qualify

We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You didn’t realize it was a digital (non-physical) product.
  • You accessed or downloaded the product but now feel it wasn’t what you expected.
  • You used the material and are now requesting a refund after consumption.

How to Request a Refund
